The performance opens with a song that sets up the theme of travelling at Christmas. Our own journeys by car, train and plane, and the journeying of Santa Claus on his sleigh, are set alongside the travels of Mary and Joseph, shepherds, angels, wise men and camels as they make their way to Bethlehem.

All the Nativity characters need some help on their journeys but once everyone is at the stable, they all celebrate the birth of baby Jesus.

The Director's Pack contains everything you need to stage a successful show including the Director's Book with director's overview, cast list, synopsis, notes, script, score, lyrics, helpful staging suggestions and performance licence application form.
