Our aim is to offer you a friendly service combined with professional
advice. We want you to be happy with the music you purchase from us and we
will help you in any way we can to ensure that you are completely satisfied
with our goods and our service. If you would like any help or advice before
placing your order, then we will be happy to assist you.
Why buy from us?
We represent several different music publishers throughout the UK and our
website enables you to browse and purchase all your music in one go with
just one invoice to pay - plus you'll receive free standard Royal Mail UK delivery on all orders over £25. You don't have to set up
an account with us first - just add the items to your basket and confirm
your order.
Who is buying from us? We regularly receive orders from the general
public, schools, pre-schools, music teachers and
music co-ordinators, education authorities, non-specialist music
teachers finding themselves responsible for music in school, music tutors, stage schools,
singers, actors, theatres, film and TV companies, amdram and
operatic societies, choirs, libraries and players of any instrument
at any level.
Here's how we work: we hold stock of many popular and recent new releases,
West End and Broadway shows, audition songbooks, schools musicals and all of
Sara & Gavin's titles including the vocal warm-up CDs. It would be
impossible to keep stock of every item we sell (with 18,000+ titles on our
website, we'd need a huge warehouse and our prices would be higher), so if
we don't have a copy on the shelf ready to despatch, we buy in what you
order, when you order it.
In certain cases, a customer phones & asks for a piece of specialist music
(which isn't on our website). On some of these occasions, we may have
to pay a 'small order surcharge' to the publisher concerned, as they hate
despatching just one item. Unfortunately, we have no option but to
pass this cost on to our customer but we will always inform you of this cost
if this applies before you order from us. If you prefer, we can also
offer you contact details of a music shop near you, who may have the piece
in stock. One way or another, we'll do our best to help you get your
hands on the music you require!
