Our main office hours are between 9am and 5pm (UK time) Monday to Friday although we also frequently respond to e-mail enquiries outside of these hours. 

If calling us outside of these hours, we have an answerphone service available to take your message. In all cases, we aim to respond to your enquiries within 1 working day.

Complaints 

We want you to be completely satisfied with our goods and our service and we will do our best to ensure that this is always the case. If, for whatever reason, you are less than happy with any of our goods or our service then please contact us via any of the methods detailed in our Customer Service section above.

We are a friendly team and we welcome your comments and constructive criticisms. We will always try to respond to your complaint within 5 working days. We will always try to give you an idea of how long it will take to resolve the problem and try our best to keep you informed throughout the process.
