Placing an order online is a very simple process. Next to each item you
will see a quantity field and an "Add" button. Just select the correct
quantity you require and click the "Add" button. This will take you to the
shopping basket where you will see your item and specified quantity have
been added to the basket.
To return to the site and continue
shopping, just click the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of the
shopping basket page.
To return to the shopping basket at any
time in order to check, modify or delete items,
just click the "Basket/Checkout" or "Basket Contents" link at the top of
each page.
Completing your Order
When you are ready to complete your order, click the
"Basket/Checkout" or "Basket Contents" link at the top of the page.
Your order will be displayed complete with product descriptions, quantities, prices,
discount (if applicable), shipping costs and the order total in UK Pounds Sterling (currency code GBP).
Note: You will be required to select your delivery zone from a drop-down list. Once you have done this, click on the "Recalculate" button to update your order with the correct shipping charges for your shipping area.
When you have checked the details in your order, click the "Go To Payments" button.
You will now be prompted for your name and address details. If you think that you may be ordering from us again in the future, you can store these details by way of a cookie on your PC, by checking the "Store your details for future purchases" box and any subsequent orders will automatically fill in your details for you.
Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next screen.
Payment Options
You will now be shown your final order (complete with the details you just entered)
and you are able to select one of the following payment options:

Payment by Card

UK School Purchase Order
If you would like to pay by debit or
credit card, you should leave the "Payment by Card" box checked.
If you are ordering from a UK school or college and
would like to pay on receipt of your order, select the "UK School Purchase
Order" box and we'll send you an invoice with your order.
Clicking the "Continue" button again will either take you to a secure connection for
collection of your card details or prompt you for your purchase order number
(optional), depending upon which payment option you
selected.
If you selected the "Payment by Card" payment option, you will now be prompted to enter your card details in the secure area. You can verify you are in a secure area by checking that the URL displayed in the address line at the top of your browser shows https:// at the beginning as opposed to the usual http://. The https, along with the lock symbol (similar to
)
in the corner of your browser (or to the right of the address line in IE
version 7 and higher), indicates that this is a secure page.
Once you have successfully entered your card details,
your payment for your order will be taken. A confirmation e-mail will then be sent to the e-mail address you supplied, along with your order details.

UK schools and colleges can order by fax by printing and
completing an order form from our website or by faxing your official
Purchase Order document to us. To print an order form

Fax your completed order form or Purchase Order to us
on 01384 355725 (this number is also printed on our order form).
Postage and packing will be added to your
order according to the rates advertised on
our website and an
invoice will be sent with your order for payment upon receipt.
Please Note: We are unable to accept faxed
orders unless your or ordering on behalf of a UK school, college or
local education authority. All other orders must be placed online (and
paid for by credit/debit card at the time of ordering) or placed by post
(accompanied by a cheque, in pounds sterling, for the full order total
including postage & packing).
