Camel-Ama-Ding-Dong is a new nativity musical by Niki Davies. With 40 speaking roles and a flexible cast size of between 26 to 50+, this nativity musical is perfect for performers aged 4-8.
When a shiny star appears in the East, a group of party-loving camels are frustrated to find themselves trekking across the desert on their way to Bethlehem. Upon arrival however, their experiences at a little stable, seeing the baby Jesus, finally give them a real reason to party.
The Director's Book includes the full script with song lyrics, character profiles with number of lines, production suggestions (with helpful tips on costumes, props and staging), curriculum-linked material and the sheet music piano score with vocal line and guitar chords. The accompanying CD includes all songs recorded with children’s voices and full backing tracks.
